Yup, I'm mighty excited, cause it's a new year and it's taken time to sink in. So this is IT. But surprisingly today was boring. What I had hoped to be a revelry-filled New Year's Day turned out to be a normal boring day with reading, surfin the net, eating etc. the usual 'boring' day activities. I was reading The Bartimaeus Trilogy: The Amulet of Samarkand. It's the first book in the series, for people who don't already know, since it's quite popular and terrifically enthralling.
